On arrival, we will inspect the premises, liaise with you and the emergency services, if necessary and only leave when the property has been secured and any alarm reset. Our officers are trained to co-operate and support the emergency services and attend Court if necessary.

 

We use the latest GPS technology to record our mobile officers’ location and via our innovative bespoke smart phone application we can provide you with a time and attendance report, detailing our findings along with any relevant images taken at the time.

 

We can arrange for our approved contractors to attend site, if boarding up or any other remedial work is required or we can contact your preferred contractors. Our officers will liaise with your nominated emergency contact and provide them with our report.

 

In addition, our mobile team can provide a building lock up and unlock service, holding keys to your premises and attending at the times that you stipulate. Our procedures and resources ensure that we are on site when you need us to be, giving you peace of mind that your property is secured when required and opened in time for your staff, cleaners and visitors.
